13 sections on one database: what you record on one screen shows across the rest at once.
Why the School Fees system
What actually makes the difference in this trade, not a generic feature list.
Lira and dollars on one bill
Each fee has its currency and a price per grade: tuition in lira and the fund in dollars split over the instalments by their shares, registration and books charged once. A fee's parts add up to it to the cent, and a lira fee is charged at the dollar rate of the day the instalment is issued, with the bill showing both.
Sibling discounts and scholarships
Set the sibling discount once — say 10% for the second child and 15% for the third and after — and the eldest pays in full. Each child can have their own discount for a scholarship or a staff member's child; the larger of the two applies, and only to the fees you mark as discountable.
An instalment, from issue to home
Issue an instalment in one step: a bill for every enrolled child and one paper per family with all its children, sent on WhatsApp with a count of what has gone, or printed four to an A4 sheet or on an 80 or 58 mm roll. Home warns you 30 days before an instalment not yet issued, and a child who joins later is billed on their own.
Collection, and what each cashier holds
Families pay in dollars, lira or both, by cash, Whish, OMT or bank transfer; the change you hand back is recorded, and a payment settles the oldest debt first across all the children. Cash a cashier takes stays with them until they hand it to the school's box, so the office sees what each one holds.
A page for every family
A QR on every bill and a link in every WhatsApp message open the family's page: what they owe by instalment and by child, its lira equivalent, how to pay, the school's notice, and the rest of the year's instalments worked out from today's fees.
A new year, and the year in figures
A new year copies the last one's fees and instalments and moves every enrolled child up a grade, marking those past the last grade as graduated. The year report gives what was billed and what is still owed by instalment, grade and fee, the collection rate of each instalment, and sibling and own discounts apart.
Questions about the School Fees system
Can it bill tuition in lira and the fund in dollars?
Yes. Each fee has its own currency, dollars or lira, and a price per grade. A family's account is kept in one currency (dollars by default), so a lira fee is charged at the dollar rate of the day the instalment is issued, and the bill shows the lira amount beside what it came to. Families pay in dollars, lira or both.
What if a child joins mid-year, or a price changes?
A child who joins after an instalment went out is billed on their own, at today's fees and discounts. A changed price reaches the instalments issued after it and never touches a bill already out.
Our student lists are in Excel. Can they come over?
Yes. They import from an Excel or CSV file with a ready template in Arabic or English, one row per child: name, family, phone, grade, section, date of birth, discount and opening balance. Children with the same phone become one family, and every row is checked before anything is saved, so a file with a mistake never half-loads.
