Can I try it before I buy?
Yes. For the online systems we send you a private demo link on WhatsApp, with sample data, to try every screen before any commitment. The office and cold storage systems we show you live or install as a trial. Ask on +961 71 70 91 60.
What does it cost?
It depends on the system, the number of machines or branches, and any custom changes. The online edition is a monthly or longer subscription; the PC edition is bought once or activated for a term. You get a clear number after a short call, before any commitment.
Does it work without internet?
The PC edition does: the database is on your machine, so you sell, print and run reports with the internet down. The online edition needs internet and opens on any device, anywhere. You pick what suits you.
Does it handle dollars and lira together?
Yes. In the shop systems (Janbein Mobile, POS Pro, Auto Parts and Wholesale POS) customers pay in both currencies in one transaction, you set the exchange rate and change it whenever you want, invoices and reports show both, and Whish, OMT and cards are accounts with their own balances. Car Rental works in one currency per fleet.
I have more than one branch. Does it work?
Yes. In Janbein Mobile online each branch has its own drawer, stock, staff and invoice numbers, and the owner sees every branch and moves stock between them. POS Pro runs several outlets under one roof, or several PCs on the shop network.
Who holds my data?
On the PC edition the data is on your machine, and backups go to your own Google Drive or to a folder or USB drive you choose. Online, every client has a database fully isolated from every other, backed up daily on the server.
My data is in Excel or an old program. Can you move it?
Yes. Products, barcodes, prices, customers and their balances are imported at install time, so you start with real data instead of an employee typing for weeks.
Is there training and support after the sale?
Training is part of the install, and support after it is directly with us by phone or WhatsApp — no tickets, no call centre. We keep your system up to date for as long as you use it.
