What's inside the ERP & Accounting system
16 sections on one database: what you record on one screen shows across the rest at once.
Why the ERP & Accounting system
What actually makes the difference in this trade, not a generic feature list.
Dollars and lira on every line
You type an entry in dollars or lira at its rate, and every line keeps both: the typed amount exact, the other converted, the rounding left on the largest line. No entry saves unless it balances in both, and every report reads in dollars or in lira as posted, never converted after the fact.
A chart of accounts shaped to your company
The Lebanese unified chart comes ready, and you add sub-accounts under any account: 701 Sales, and under it 7011 and 7012. Every customer and supplier has an account of their own under 411 and 401, a parent account's statement adds up everything under it, and cost centres go on any line, as many levels deep as you like.
Month end and year end
Bank reconciliation a statement at a time, down to the difference left to find; recurring monthly entries; prepaid expenses and revenue received ahead spread over their months; and balances revalued at the day's rate into exchange gains or losses. Closing the year carries expenses and revenue into the result and locks everything before it.
The reports an auditor asks for
The trial balance, and the P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statement beside the year before, with VAT, customer and supplier ageing, cost centres and cash and bank movement — on screen, printed or to Excel, in Arabic or English.
Payroll by the NSSF and tax rules
The Payroll module works out the NSSF shares, family allowances, transport and salary tax by bracket, and posts the month as one entry in lira. It prints payslips, the monthly NSSF statement, the quarterly R10 and the annual R5 with an R6 per employee and the R7 of leavers, and works out the end-of-service provision. Rates and brackets sit in Settings, to change when a decree does.
Invoices that post themselves
With the Sales and Purchases modules every invoice and return becomes an entry with its accounts and VAT, and each invoice shows what is left on it: paid, partly paid, open or overdue. A sale with VAT prints as a tax invoice with both financial numbers, and the VAT in lira when it is in dollars. Sales adds quotations and orders, reps with their commission, and a credit limit and prices of its own for each customer.
Questions about the ERP & Accounting system
Does it keep dollars and lira together?
Yes. Each entry is typed in dollars or lira at its rate, every line is kept in both, and no entry saves unless it balances in both. Every report reads in dollars or in lira, a cash box or bank account can be held to one currency, and revaluing at the day's rate posts the exchange differences.
Does it produce the NSSF statement, R10 and R5?
Yes, with the Payroll module: the NSSF statement for each month, the R10 for each quarter, and the R5 for the year with an R6 per employee (also as an Excel sheet) and the R7 of leavers, all from the posted payroll months. NSSF rates, salary tax brackets and family deductions sit in Settings, to change when a new decree comes out.
Do I have to take every module?
No. The books come with every copy: the chart of accounts, entries, cash and banks, customers and suppliers, and the reports. Payroll, Sales, Purchases and Several companies are modules you add when you need them, and Settings shows what your copy includes. With Several companies, each company keeps its own books and settings, picked after signing in.
My books are in Excel. Can they come over?
Yes. The chart of accounts, opening balances, customers and suppliers with their balances, items, journal entries and employees import from Excel, with ready templates in Arabic and English. Every row is checked before anything is saved, so a file goes in whole or not at all.
